Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial and accounting support** * Assist in preparing and analyzing management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, etc.) * Verify and monitor accounting and financial entries * Support monthly and annual closings **Control and planning** * Assist in budgetary control (forecast vs. actual) * Monitor costs, expenses, and revenues * Support budget preparation and forecasting **Analysis and indicators** * Calculate and track performance indicators (KPIs) * Identify variances and inconsistencies in results * Support profitability, margin, and cost analyses **Compliance and processes** * Ensure data complies with internal policies and legal requirements * Support internal and external audits * Assist in standardizing and improving processes **Management support** * Prepare information for decision-making * Support managers with financial analyses and reports * Collaborate with departments such as accounting, tax, and finance **Requirements and Qualifications** SAP, Microsoft Office suite, basic knowledge of tax and controller areas.
