The **Energy Management** team plays a fundamental role in operations, management, and analysis of data related to energy compensation under the remote self-consumption model of distributed generation. We are looking for an **Energy Management Assistant** to strengthen our team and accelerate the growth of our channel together with commercial partners. If you are communicative, curious, results-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic and analytical environment, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Commercial Assistant**, you will support data organization and analysis, enhance process automation, and ensure the integrity of information used in contract management and operational decision-making. * Support the indirect sales team in tracking proposals and contracts; * Monitor the sales pipeline of commercial partners; * Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, events, and partner relationship management; * Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth processes; * Monitor and analyze sales performance, propose improvements and strategies to achieve challenging goals; * Stay up-to-date on offered products and services, as well as market trends and competition; * Participate in training sessions and periodic meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, onsite in the Berrini region. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, resilience, and a results-driven attitude, with strong self-management capability. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and tools. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. **Additional Information** Company-subsidized health plan Life insurance Meal allowance Food allowance Transportation allowance / Parking Health and wellness promotion | Running and/or cycling group (EQ Performance) Wellhub LUZ is an energy trading company that puts customers in control.
