




Provide support to drivers in the event of corrective maintenance at third-party workshops; Analyze incidents and make decisions to ensure fleet availability; Handle matters with service providers, including assessment of parts to be replaced, costs, and service completion deadlines; Assist drivers by providing technical guidance related to vehicles; Propose strategies to optimize service turnaround time, from request submission to completion; Supervise external service teams; Prepare reports for monitoring maintenance processes; And other duties relevant to the position.
