If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for coordinating the execution of construction, expansion, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects for the concessioned highway, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Manages teams and suppliers, supervises construction works, controls costs, and ensures safety—always adhering to environmental and occupational health and safety regulations. * Compliance with regulations and procedures; * Control construction costs by conducting measurements, verifying invoices and financial reports, ensuring budget control and avoiding waste; * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by authorities such as ANTT, the concessionaire, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and others during planning, execution, and project completion phases; * Monitor construction performance indicators (e.g., execution time, material and service quality) and generate periodic progress reports; * Manage workplace safety at construction sites, promoting training and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations; * Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during construction, seeking rapid and efficient solutions to minimize impacts on schedule and budget; * Oversee and ensure timely delivery of projects meeting required quality standards, including final documentation and execution reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience coordinating highway construction projects, managing construction teams, and controlling budgets and schedules—preferably in infrastructure and highway concession projects; Technical Knowledge: Technical standards (DNIT, ABNT, NBR), cost and budget control, construction management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD), contract management, and special civil works; Driver’s License: Category B Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields; **Additional Information** On-site work in Jataí/GO; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy); Meal Allowance or Meal Voucher; Unimed Health Plan (National); Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); Life Insurance; Transportation Voucher; Wellhub (Gympass); The Group comprises four companies with solid experience in construction and concessions—particularly in highways—and one corporate management consulting firm; together, they control the concessionaires Way\-112, Way\-306 in Mato Grosso do Sul, Way\-262 in Minas Gerais, Way\-153 between Minas Gerais and Goiás, and Way\-364 between Goiás and Mato Grosso. Way\-153, spanning Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform co-owned with Itaú Bank, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way\-262 and Way\-364\. **Way\-306** The Concessionaire of Highway MS\-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS\-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. administers the concession for MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The concessioned BR\-158 segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The Concessionaire of Highway BR 262 MG S.A. administers the BR\-262 concession segment starting at km 360\+100—the junction with BR\-381 in Betim—to km 799—the junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned segment lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way\-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG\-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned segment begins at BR\-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO\-219\) extending to the GO/MG border; BR\-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR\-262\); BR\-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR\-050\) to the junction with BR\-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way\-364 \-** BR\-364 MT S.A. Concessionaire, a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, rehabilitation, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. This federal concession covers Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR\-163 and BR\-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned segment crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
