You will be responsible for leading the engineering team in building products and services, ensuring the tribe is fully aligned with business strategy. The primary objective is to ensure results are achieved through highly available, secure, and scalable solutions that sustain the company's financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership and Strategy: Direct management of engineers, defining technical strategy, fostering an innovation culture, and ensuring team career growth. * Project and Product Management: Planning and monitoring development schedules in close partnership with the Product team, applying agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and superior technical quality. * Architecture and Resilience: Overseeing the design of microservices for financial transactions, ensuring low latency, resilience (idempotency, retries), and a robust cloud architecture (AWS). * Partner and Integration Management: Coordinating complex integrations with acquirers, sub-acquirers, card networks, and banks, as well as managing the technical roadmap with external partners. * DevOps Culture: Driving operational excellence through CI/CD practices, automation, and continuous monitoring of platform health. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Requirements and Qualifications*** **Technical Leadership:** Proven experience managing software engineering and operations teams. * **Payment Domain Expertise:** Solid experience in payment systems architecture (gateways, banking solutions, or credit). * **Technical Knowledge:** Experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (**AWS**). * **Languages:** **Advanced/Fluent Spanish (mandatory)** for international projects and cross-regional collaboration. * **Business Acumen:** Ability to align technological feasibility with business objectives and corporate financial outcomes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Fintech** environments or large-scale payment gateways. * Knowledge of credit ecosystems and financial products targeting retail. * Previous experience integrating multiple payment methods at global scale. \#LI\-GF1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
