If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-driven, excellence-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise activities related to the management and maintenance of the highway’s right-of-way, ensuring safety, environmental preservation, compliance with legal regulations, and proper use of the area—with emphasis on preventing encroachments, infrastructure damage, and negative impacts on traffic and highway operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Right-of-Way Management: Supervise monitoring, control, and maintenance activities for highway right-of-way areas, ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and operational standards, in compliance with ANTT, DNIT, and other regulatory agencies’ norms and regulations; * Invasion and Unauthorized Use Prevention: Implement measures to prevent encroachments and unauthorized use of the right-of-way—including access control and enforcement activities such as removal of unauthorized obstacles and objects from the area; * Green Area Maintenance and Cleaning: Coordinate maintenance of green areas and cleaning of the right-of-way, including gardening, mowing, tree pruning, and vegetation control that may compromise road safety or signage and communication systems; * Oversight of Construction Projects and Works: Supervise and coordinate construction projects for right-of-way expansion, maintenance, or adaptation—such as fencing, retaining walls, signage, drainage systems, among others—ensuring all activities comply with technical standards and established deadlines; * Licensing and Authorization Management: Coordinate and monitor licensing and authorization processes for interventions within the right-of-way—including wildlife crossings, public utility installations, or soil interventions—ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements; * Safety and Accident Prevention: Implement safety measures to preserve the right-of-way and protect highway users—including appropriate signage, risk-area monitoring, and preventive actions against accidents linked to improper use of the area; * Community and Authority Relations: Serve as the liaison with local communities, public agencies, concessionaires, and other stakeholders—ensuring regulatory compliance, advising on right-of-way usage, and seeking solutions for conflicts or issues related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields; Experience supervising highway maintenance or right-of-way management—preferably with highway concession companies or in the public sector; Experience managing teams and executing road infrastructure projects is a plus; Familiarity with right-of-way-related norms and regulations—including ANTT and DNIT requirements, as well as state and municipal legislation on land use and occupation; Budget and cost management skills for right-of-way maintenance; Knowledge of environmental preservation techniques and green area management; Experience in planning and implementing road safety initiatives and accident prevention measures related to the right-of-way. **Additional Information** On-site work in Jataí/GO; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Meal Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** MS-306 Concessionaire S.A. manages the entire MS-306 highway stretch—from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS)—and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** East MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a length of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** BR 262 MG Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 concession—stretching from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. This concession lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
