Occupational Safety Technician III - Jataí/GO - Position Also Available for PCD

Description: * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Intermediate knowledge of Technical and Regulatory Standards; * Intermediate knowledge of First Aid. * Review accident reports from third-party employees, headquarters, and subsidiaries, verifying and completing information for the purpose of developing action plans to prevent recurrence and monitoring indicators; * Inspect SASSMAQ requirements by traveling to units to monitor yards, issuing forms and auditing processes to meet certification requirements for chemical product transportation; * Coordinate and monitor the election process of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), training members, participating in activities promoted by the committee, coordinating tasks, providing general advisory support, clarifying doubts, and applying rules for technical safety resolutions; * Issue the CAT (Work Accident Communication) form through the Social Security website upon occurrence of work accidents, to comply with legal and company procedures; * Support EPI (Personal Protective Equipment) management in coordination with the Procurement department and other user areas; * Participate in the annual organization of SISSQMA, supporting the committee with the necessary structure for the event; * Develop, together with managers, actions to mitigate accident risks; * Support the company’s Health department by providing first aid in case of accidents; transporting employees to hospitals; advising branch managers involved, among others; * Support the Safety Committee's actions using the company's accident indicators; * Maintain control over PPRA (Program for Prevention of Environmental Risks) renewals, selecting qualified and authorized suppliers; * Periodically update work accident indicators with all necessary information for generating statistics; * Provide support to all branches on matters related to Safety; * Implement adjustments required by e-Social through periodic meetings to assess needs and review processes; * Perform administrative support tasks for area workflows, producing lists, spreadsheets, data collection in systems, among others; * Inspect safety requirements of the SASSMAQ system (Lavras, Betim, Camaçari, and Diadema); * Periodically monitor compliance with action plans defined in RAT (Risk Assessment Tool); * Prepare specific accident reports when requested by clients or regulatory agencies; * Conduct visits to units to verify the Safety system; * Collect monthly vehicle mileage data per unit/management; * Support the Occupational Health department; * Provide medical assistance when necessary; * Register in the RM Vitae system all company PPRA data; * Monthly inspection of emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, and emergency lighting); * Conduct quarterly emergency drills at the headquarters yards (Yard I, II, and III); * Conduct annual Fire Brigade training; * Define evacuation routes and display maps in headquarters areas; * Conduct mandatory training responsibilities of the department; * Conduct integration training as requested by DGP; * Monitor labor expertise assessments in Lavras; * Attend to and perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by immediate supervisor. 2511090202181721934
