Cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement **[Services] Project Coordination** ======================================= TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a professional to manage and execute multiple simultaneous **implementation service projects**, ensuring deliveries within agreed timelines, budget, and scope, with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead implementation phases, effectively manage scope, and balance customer expectations with internal guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Ensure transparent communication regarding project/service outcomes and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; * Act as the “owner” of services/projects, taking responsibility and maintaining relationships across involved departments (clients and other TOTVS teams) to resolve project/service issues and drive continuous process improvements; * Efficiently manage services (high complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines, budget, and defined scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; * Identify and develop potential successors by transferring technical knowledge, conceptual understanding, and management tools; * Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure structured project management, negotiations, and opportunity development; * Maintain strong financial acumen (ROL, Margin, EBITDA) using project management tools (PSA); * Adopt a commercial mindset to offer clients new service solutions, ensuring ongoing revenue generation from new services; * Ensure achievement of targets, maintaining team productivity (time tracking), NPS, and project margins; * Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology to guarantee accurate delivery, proper project documentation, and fulfillment of contracted scope.
