A professional with mastery of machine operational routines, operating autonomously. Performs simple adjustments, monitors product quality, records production data, and supports new employees, contributing to the smoothness, stability, and safety of the production line. All duties inherent to this position must follow the instructions of the area manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate the machine, adjusting parameters according to the product. * Feed the machine and monitor in-line product quality. * Perform minor technical adjustments and basic equipment maintenance. * Complete production records with relevant data. * Support and guide novice operators, promoting best practices. * Comply with company technical standards and procedures. * Support updates and creation of all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the area, together with the immediate manager and the quality department. * Identify discrepancies and their immediate causes (What?) and suggest an effective action plan to ensure the problem does not recur (How?), promoting continuous process improvement. * Identify process discrepancies and escalate improvements to the direct manager. * Perform other pertinent duties not explicitly listed, following the area manager’s instructions. * Comply with institutional norms and procedures. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma. * Field of Study: Not applicable. * Postgraduate Degree: Not applicable. * Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office – Basic. * Languages: Not applicable. * People Management: Teamwork skills.
