Responsibilities: * Serving customers by providing accurate information about our products and services. * Responding to customer questions and resolving inquiries efficiently and courteously. * Recording all customer interactions in our internal system. * Assisting with product sales, following company guidelines. * Staying up-to-date on Qualy Farma's products and services. * Collaborating as a team to ensure a productive and positive work environment. * Shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off; \- Working hours: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM, including a 2-hour lunch break; * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal voucher (VR) R$ 210.00 after probation period; \- Partnership with Cruzeiro do Sul University \- Distance learning modality (EAD); * Pharmacy benefits plan after probation period; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
