Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on-site; configuring network equipment; working with VIVO's optical fiber; and serving customers with quality. Serve customers with quality and professionalism \- Main Responsibilities * Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs; * Configure network equipment and devices; * Work with VIVO's optical fiber for residential and commercial service calls; * Perform tasks at height in compliance with safety regulations; * Serve customers with quality and professionalism; * Keep materials, tools, and work vehicles organized; * Properly use the PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) required for the role. \- REQUIREMENTS * Category B driver's license (permanent) * Completed high school education * Own laptop (100/1000 Mbps capable) * Availability to work on weekends and holidays \- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with rotating shifts on weekends and holidays.
