Focus on fleet safety and operational efficiency The CTM Analyst at Solojet Serviços is responsible for supervising and optimizing aircraft technical maintenance control processes, ensuring all maintenance activities are planned, executed, and recorded in compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s quality standards. This professional plays a vital role in coordinating between maintenance, engineering, and operations teams, guaranteeing fleet safety and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Maintenance Planning: * Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring aircraft availability and reliability. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities. 2\. Monitoring and Analysis: * Continuously monitor aircraft status and maintenance records to identify trends and intervention needs. * Analyze maintenance data to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. 3\. Documentation and Compliance: * Ensure all maintenance records are accurate, complete, and compliant with ANAC regulations and Solojet Serviços’ internal policies. * Prepare technical reports and documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections. 4\. Resource Coordination: * Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure availability of parts and resources necessary for maintenance. * Negotiate service contracts and agreements with external suppliers, securing favorable terms for the company. 5\. Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness and reduce costs. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and innovation initiatives within the maintenance area. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical maintenance control or related aviation areas. * Certifications: Familiarity with ANAC regulations and aircraft maintenance-related certifications is desirable. * Languages: Intermediate to advanced English is essential for technical communication and manual reading. * Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and related software tools.
