A chemical industry company in Barueri is seeking a Human Resources Specialist.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform a generalist Human Resources role, assisting with and executing hiring, termination, vacation, leave of absence, and timekeeping processes. Review and collaborate on payroll processing with the accounting department or third-party providers, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Assist in benefits administration, including transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, and other programs. Conduct recruitment processes for operational, technical, and administrative positions, aligning candidate profiles with managers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing technical assessments. Support onboarding programs for new employees and identify training needs in coordination with industrial leadership. Contribute to organizing technical, behavioral, and safety training, as well as initiatives targeting organizational climate and employee engagement. Serve as a point of support for employees and leadership, assisting in conflict management, disciplinary procedures, and collective bargaining. Ensure proper implementation of shifts, work schedules, and working hours, monitoring HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and overtime. Generate managerial reports to support decision-making.
Previous experience as a Human Resources Consultant, Human Development Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree in progress Required experience
