Advanced use of Office suite and knowledge of WMS Supervisor I \- Warehouse Brief Description: The Supervisor is responsible for team management, timecard adjustments, and monitoring all operational and inventory processes. Job Description: Monitor goods receiving and shipping, supervise stock and equipment control, ensure inventory processes (cyclic, rotating, and customer-related), support team management (timecard adjustments, absenteeism, overtime, etc.), request procurement of supplies and manage their usage, manage KPIs and results; Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in logistics or related fields, advanced Office suite skills, people management experience, ownership mindset, sense of urgency, WMS knowledge, shift availability.
