Generate transportation contracts for payment to third parties and affiliated drivers. Process payments for tax forms related to operations. Maintain direct contact with drivers—both in person and virtually—for operational alignment. Receive, verify, and organize PDF, XML, and EDI files. Ensure confidentiality of information belonging to internal and external customers. Guarantee proper use of materials and equipment provided by the company. Ensure customer service standards comply with established performance indicators, contributing to contract retention. Participate in continuous improvement of processes and services delivered. Comply with, and ensure compliance with, the company’s internal rules, policies, and procedures. Receive invoice requests and archive them in the MultiCTE, KMM, and SSW systems. Generate all necessary documentation for trips, including CTe, transportation contract, MDFe, and SM.
