If you wish to join an institute committed to the personal and professional development of young people, apply now! **Responsibilities and duties** In this position, your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming apprentices, assigning activities, and enabling young people to draw comparisons between the topics covered and current workplace practices. * Using instructional techniques outlined in the lesson plan, administering daily assessments, providing guidance, managing absences, and delivering feedback to apprentices. * Performing educational administrative tasks, such as recording attendance, grades, behavior, and performance of apprentices. * Organizing training room logistics (physical space, equipment, and office supplies). * Guiding young people during research and presentations on the use of Text Editors, Spreadsheets, and Presentation Software. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * **Required education:** Bachelor’s degree, Teaching degree (Languages or Mathematics), or Technologist degree with postgraduate qualification. * Prior experience as an **instructor**, **educator**, **training facilitator**, or in **conducting in-person classes** aimed at **adolescents and/or young people**; * Ability to work with groups in a **dynamic**, **supportive**, and **engaging** manner; * Availability to work **100% in-person** in **Osasco/SP**. **Preferred qualifications:** * Previous experience as an **apprenticeship instructor** or with **programs targeting young apprentices**. **Additional information** **Salary range:** R$ 3.500 to R$ 4.000 (CLT) **Working hours:** 6h45 per day (Monday to Friday) From 08:15 to 14:45, with a 30-minute break. **Benefits offered:** * **Meal voucher**: R$ 20.70 per day * **Food allowance**: R$ 230.72 monthly * **Health insurance with co-payment** * **Life insurance** * **Transportation voucher** We embrace the mission of promoting the integration of socially vulnerable youth into the labor market through training programs employing the most up-to-date educational methodologies—designed to foster productive citizenship and develop competencies and skills via free courses and the Apprenticeship Program of the Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labor, Ministry of Economy.
