After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate production-line machines and equipment with high automation and/or complexity, activating appropriate control devices for machine operation, performing version changes and setups, as well as machine and parameter adjustments throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with production orders. * Perform various production-line activities, including product processing and assembly, inspections of general operating conditions, low-complexity maintenance tasks (e.g., equipment and machine lubrication and adjustments), and manual, semi-automatic, and automatic material handling—all to support smooth production process operation. * Conduct quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, disposing of rework materials and cleaning equipment, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTS), to ensure attainment of established quality standards. * Carry out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and managing their resolution.
