After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate production-line machines and equipment with high automation and/or complexity, activating appropriate control devices for machine operation, performing version changes and setups, as well as machine and parameter adjustments throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with production orders. * Perform various production-line activities, including product processing and assembly, inspections of general operating conditions, low-complexity maintenance tasks (e.g., equipment and machine lubrication and adjustments), and manual, semi-automatic, and automatic material handling—all to support smooth production process operation. * Conduct quality routines, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, disposing of rework materials and cleaning equipment, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and executing the Process Technical Standard (PTS), to ensure attainment of established quality standards. * Carry out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and managing their resolution. File SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Behavioral Observations and Non-Conformities, and attend Productivity and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested, aiming to maximize equipment and production process productivity and efficiency. * Perform occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic operational conditions for equipment and the work area. * Train and qualify other colleagues, and support identifying opportunities for operational skill development within the area, thereby facilitating the dissemination of operational knowledge across the team. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education — Mandatory; * NR-1: General Provisions and Occupational Risk Management — Desirable; * NR-6: Personal Protective Equipment — Desirable; * NR-12: Workplace Safety in Machinery and Equipment — Desirable; * NR-17: Ergonomics — Desirable; * NR-25: Industrial Waste — Desirable; * NR-26: Safety Signage — Desirable; * LOTO — Desirable; * Practical experience implementing TPM steps — Desirable; * Routine maintenance — Desirable **Worth noting:** Sunday through Friday, from 9:40 PM to 5:00 AM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
