Learning and Operational Support * Assist in customer service, learning how to greet, guide, and deliver a welcoming experience. * Support order entry into the system under supervision. * Support order registration in the system, learning to perform the process accurately and efficiently, always under supervision. * Assist in organizing the dining area: setting tables, arranging utensils, and preparing service stations. * Contribute to restocking and monitoring item expiration dates in the dining area. Integration with Kitchen and Team * Support communication between the dining area and kitchen, learning about order deadlines, standards, and quality. * Assist in picking up and delivering dishes, ensuring organization and efficiency. * Observe and alert leadership to any operational adjustments needed. * Assist in receiving, verifying, and organizing inventory items, learning about stock control and item expiration tracking.
