Will work in the Training and Development area; Monitor employee development; Support Performance Development Plan (PDI) initiatives in collaboration with leadership and employees; Plan and develop leadership position training; Plan and develop the Pabu Sales Technical School; Participate in projects related to: Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate Survey, among others; Update and create the Pabu Onboarding Program; Support the creation of committees for developing technical training programs for the Sales area; Liaise with suppliers, identify and research new partners; Identify training needs in coordination with requesting departments; Prepare manuals/workbooks and design training programs; Promote UNIPABU courses via official communications such as email; Import training content into UNIPABU; Manage UNIPABU operations, including generating reports to track completed courses; Follow up via email with leadership regarding pending courses; Organize and monitor supplier/factory training sessions (including content validation with suppliers, joining online training sessions to observe delivery, sending attendance lists to participants, tracking completion status, and following up on incomplete submissions if necessary); Organize in-person manufacturer training sessions (sending schedules and managing attendance lists); Manage paid courses (reviewing requests, preparing quotations if required, and enrolling participants); Update onboarding materials and conduct onboarding for new employees; Provide support for other HR-related departmental needs when required, such as events or DHO initiatives; Provide support to branches and assist leadership regarding training and DHO-related activities.
