Job Summary: Control, inspect, and maintain rack-and-pinion hoists for material handling, adhering to safety regulations and collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency. Work collaboratively in a team and meet material lifting deadlines EXPERIENCE AS A RACK-AND-PINION HOIST OPERATOR. Must reside in Indaiatuba. Job Description: * Operate rack-and-pinion hoists to lift, move, and position materials at construction sites, following safety standards and operational procedures. * Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safe operation, identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs. Perform basic maintenance tasks as required. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and application of safety procedures during equipment operation. * Collaborate with other construction or operations team members to ensure efficient and safe workflow, clearly communicating load movements, lifting requirements, and other relevant information. * Meet established deadlines to ensure timely completion of lifting and material handling operations, maintaining worksite productivity.
