Job Summary: An engineering professional responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, developing action plans, controlling activities and budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic planning. Read and interpret medium-complexity engineering drawings, executive drawings, and descriptive memoranda; quantify items from drawings; and validate information with the manager to ensure correct project implementation; Develop action plans to recover construction and service delays; complete and report current performance indicators to ensure adherence to the construction schedule; Participate in sectoral meetings of the engineering team, identifying deviations and supporting strategic planning for each area; also participate in supplier meetings, providing technical input, monitoring activities, and developing action plans to ensure compliance with contractual clauses; Perform specific controls for ongoing activities to monitor progress and alert coordination teams about deviations; Prepare reports to communicate the strategic schedule, key performance indicators, and deviations, including detailed tracking and relevant information to support smooth activity execution; Develop medium-complexity budget spreadsheets based on collected data, service compositions, and productivity indices; Develop medium-complexity, executive, detailed, and strategic plans for Capex-related activities and projects, and collect productivity data from construction sites to support achievement of Strategic Planning objectives. 251124020246616695
