Our goal is to deliver the best experience for you—respecting your lifestyle and promoting well-being. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure development best practices: Guarantee that all data development practices adhere to standards of quality and efficiency. * Optimize data usage: Enhance utilization of available data to maximize its value. * Support refinement activities: Collaborate with teams to refine user stories and requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility. * Support story creation: Assist in drafting clear and well-defined user stories, facilitating the work of data engineers. * Support AS-IS and TO-BE design: Participate in documenting current and future processes, identifying technical debt and improvement opportunities. * Develop refined stories: Implement approved and refined user stories, ensuring code quality and efficiency. * Build data products: Develop and maintain data products in a Cloud-based Big Data environment with Databricks, ensuring scalability and performance. * Collaborate with data and business stakeholders: Work closely with data and business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions align with best practices and business needs. **.** **Requirements** * Experience with CI/CD pipelines – GitHub/GitHub Actions * Productionalization of models built in Databricks (MLOps) * Experience with Agile methodologies * Strong knowledge of Spark, Python, and programming logic is extremely important!!! **Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging:** At Capgemini, you can be your authentic self.
