Job Summary: Develop full-stack applications and systems, support requirements analysis, integrate APIs, and collaborate using agile methodologies, while ensuring development security and best practices. Maintenance and evolution of systems, ensuring security and best practices. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop full-stack applications and systems: Participate in developing interfaces (frontend) and business logic (backend) for web systems, mobile applications (Android/iOS), and desktop software, as well as automation workflows and integration scripts, using modern frameworks, libraries, and programming languages. * Support requirements analysis and understanding: Contribute to interpreting business needs, assisting in preparing technical and functional documentation in collaboration with junior, senior analysts, and end-user departments. * Integrate and consume APIs: Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs, promoting interoperability between internal and external systems. * Perform tests and validations: Execute unit and functional tests, simulate real-world usage scenarios, and support feature acceptance testing with requesting departments. * Work with version control and CI/CD: Use version control tools (e.g., Git), continuous integration pipelines, and test environments, following team-established standards. * Support maintenance and evolution of existing systems: Fix bugs, adjust functionalities, and propose continuous improvements for already-deployed applications and systems, contributing to their stability and efficiency. * Interact with users and internal departments: Provide second-level technical support, collect feedback, and clarify questions regarding application functionality, always maintaining a collaborative attitude and focusing on user experience. * Keep technical documentation up to date: Create and maintain updated manuals, diagrams, usage instructions, change logs, and other artifacts related to developed applications and systems. * Collaborate with the team in agile methodologies: Actively participate in meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and sprints, fostering teamwork and shared responsibility for deliverables. * Ensure development security and best practices: Write clean, reusable, and secure code, applying secure development principles and complying with internal policies and legal requirements. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid and structured programming logic. * Practical knowledge of frontend and backend programming languages, such as: * Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS. * Backend: Node.js, Python, or PHP. * Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB. * Code versioning with Git (GitHub). * Familiarity with RESTful APIs: consumption, testing, and integration. * Knowledge of integrated development environments (IDEs) such as VS Code, Cursor, or similar tools. * Experience with basic software testing, including unit and manual testing. * Ability to read technical documentation and use tools like Postman and Swagger. * Basic knowledge of information security applied to development, such as best practices to prevent SQL Injection, XSS, etc. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on teamwork. * Experience handling support tickets. * Technical English for reading documentation. #### **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators):** * Familiarity with Low-Code tools, such as Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). * Familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) tools like GitHub Actions. * Experience with containers and virtualized environments, such as Docker. * Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and responsive design. * Experience with workflow-based automation platforms, such as n8n. * General knowledge of the artificial intelligence landscape, including AI Agents, RAG, and LLMs. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher (VR): BRL 450.00 * Transportation Voucher (VT): 6% discount as per legislation * Health Insurance: BlueMed – with co-payment * Dental Insurance: Optional * Life Insurance: Mandatory – BRL 8.91 * Attendance Card: BRL 230.00 after the 3rd month (no delays, absences, or medical certificates)
