Job Summary: Production operator focused on quality, responsible for operating machinery, inspecting products, preparing materials, and maintaining records to ensure process traceability and safety. Focus on quality in production routines **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school; \- Prior production experience, preferably in the metal-mechanical sector; \- Ability to learn quickly, work effectively in a team, and maintain focus on quality in production routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Operate cutting, pressing, crimping, nozzle and hose assembly machines; adjust operational parameters; verify equipment operating conditions; and assemble connections, terminals, and accessories according to technical specifications; \- Visually and dimensionally inspect hoses and nozzles before and during production; perform pressure, leak-tightness, and resistance tests where applicable; identify non-conformities and immediately report them to department leadership; \- Prepare raw materials, components, and tools required for production; correctly follow production codes and orders; maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; \- Complete production records, control sheets, and daily reports; ensure traceability of manufactured products; report any failures, anomalies, or deviations in the process.
