Contribute to the evolution of the DevOps architecture **[Infra] Senior DevOps Analyst | Cloud** ============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Participate in and sustain the DevOps culture by disseminating DevOps values, principles, tools, and practices, aiming to drive operational excellence and maximize value delivery for TOTVS’s RM, PVI, TReports, and SmartView ecosystem products on a purpose-built cloud. Responsibilities and Duties Develop, test, and sustain DevOps functionalities related to TOTVS Cloud technologies that add value, ensuring customer satisfaction and the sustainability of Cloud solutions; Study the TOTVS Cloud architecture and, over time and with acquired knowledge, contribute to evolving the DevOps architecture used across RM, PVI, TReports, and SmartView products; Use AI + IH daily to accelerate and improve the quality of DevOps deliverables, aiming to satisfy TOTVS customers; Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews using agile methodologies, clearly communicating task status, blockers encountered, and daily progress; Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical DevOps focal point, or 3 years as a Software Developer in any programming language. Academic Background: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Specific Knowledge: Tools and Technologies: Software Development Tools: Source Code Versioning: Proficiency with Git version control system, including command-line and/or GUI commands — Intermediate level. Software Development: Proficiency with VS Code, applying extensions and AI agents (ClaudeCode, Copilot CLI, Cursor, or OpenCode) daily to accelerate development and improve delivery quality — Basic level. Automated Testing: Ability to develop unit tests using Pester in PowerShell and Pytest in Python, and understanding how to apply unit testing principles in daily work — Basic level. AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted software development (SDD). Using ClaudeCode, Copilot CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, or similar tools via CLI or integrated into VS Code — Basic level. Specifying and building development and bug-fix plans using frameworks such as OpenSpec, Speckit, Obra/Superpower, or others — Basic level. CI/CD Tools: Google Cloud Platform: Building and maintaining pipelines using GCP Triggers; storing and managing artifacts via Storage and Artifact Registry; maintaining and versioning Secrets — Basic level. GitLab: Experience with GitActions to support continuous code delivery — Basic level. AWS: Creating/maintaining AWS S3 Buckets — Basic level. IaC (Infrastructure as Code): Proficiency with Packer and Ansible for infrastructure automation — Basic level. Programming Languages and Metadata: Programming Languages: PowerShell (Basic), Python (Basic), Golang (Optional), Jinja (Optional). Metadata Structures: JSON, YAML, XML, Properties, TOML — Intermediate level. System and Network Architecture: Windows Server 2016+ administration — Basic level. Understanding of microservices architecture patterns — Basic level. Problem Solving and Diagnostics: Logs: Familiarity with reading and interpreting logs in various formats (.json and .log) — Basic level. Performance Evaluation: Continuous monitoring and optimization of Windows Server-based systems and infrastructure performance — Basic level. DevOps Practices: DevOps Culture: Understanding of DevOps principles and practices — Intermediate level. Cloud Computing: Cloud Platforms: Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including comprehension of available services and effective use of managed services — Basic level.
