If you have solid experience in information security, compliance, and managing large technical teams, join us in a robust and strategic project! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and guide Access Management and Quality teams (approx. 42 people), promoting continuous development and feedback. * **Access Governance:** Ensure provisioning, periodic access reviews, and compliance with security policies, segregation of duties (SoD), and regulatory requirements. * **Strategic Interface:** Serve as the focal point between Information Security, Audit, business units, and stakeholders. * **Performance Metrics Management:** Rigorously monitor SLAs, productivity KPIs, and operational quality metrics. * **Continuous Improvement:** Support process standardization, internal control execution, and reduction of operational risks. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * **IAM Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Access Management, IAM, or Information Security. * **Leadership:** Proven experience leading large-scale operational and technical teams. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in **RBAC, MFA, SSO**, access reviews, and risk matrix (SoD). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in IT Management. * Technical English for reading documentation. * Analytical, proactive profile with emotional intelligence suited for regulated and high-pressure environments. **Apply now** and lead IT operations with a focus on security and excellence!
