




Description: * Previous experience in PMO, project management, or related areas; * Experience with expansion projects and/or implementation of new operations is a plus; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and risk management; * Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Miro, etc. — desirable; * Strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and information organization capability; * Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * PMP and/or PMI certifications, with practical application in large-scale projects. * Plan and execute service implementation projects (residential, automotive, emergency, etc.). * Lead project schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client during the implementation process. * Ensure compliance with established SLAs and KPIs. * Support the commercial area in developing technical proposals and presentations. * Document processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities. * Lead the implementation team and promote technical development. * Interact with departments such as operations, customer service, technology, legal, and external partners. * Design the new process flow, from site prospecting to contract signing; * Conduct follow-up (FUP) meetings with teams responsible for prospecting sites; * Ensure the required dynamics and cadence within expansion cells; * Centralize and manage strategic project information (cross-departmental communication, creation of monitoring materials, conducting kickoffs for signed projects); * Manage contractual risks and develop mitigation plans aligned with the company’s strategic planning. 2512290202491888689
