Ability to identify and resolve process issues **Job: Extruder Operator** We are hiring to operate plastic film extrusion lines. We seek a professional with extensive experience in extrusion processes, machine adjustment, and focus on quality, productivity, and safety. Requirements: Proven experience in plastic film extrusion. Knowledge of operation and adjustment of **Mono Carnevalli and/or HGR Coex extruders.** Experience with setup, machine startup, product changeover, and process adjustments. Knowledge of raw materials, thickness control, film quality, and waste reduction. Ability to identify and resolve process issues and ensure production stability. ***Availability to work rotating shifts.*** **Main Responsibilities:** Operate, adjust, and monitor extrusion lines. Perform process adjustments to meet quality and productivity standards. Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements. Comply with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices. Support the operations team and contribute to continuous process improvement.
