Job Summary: Technical support for users, hardware and software maintenance, network management, and IT administration. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive user support for hardware and software issues. 2. System and equipment maintenance, installation, and configuration. 3. Local network management, IT inventory, and backups. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **User Support (Helpdesk):** Responding to service tickets to resolve issues with computers, email (Outlook), printers, scanners, and peripherals. * **Hardware Maintenance:** Assembling, repairing, and replacing components (mouse, keyboard, monitor, memory). * **Software Installation and Configuration:** Installing operating systems, antivirus software, and applications. * **Networking:** Monitoring local networks and internet connectivity, crimping RJ45 connectors. * **Administration:** Managing IT inventory, performing backups, and organizing documentation. * **Required Knowledge:** Hardware, networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and Microsoft Office Suite.
