Formulate strategies to strengthen partnerships Job Description: The **Grupo Oficina do Estudante** is looking for a **School Partnership Relationship Manager** to strengthen and expand our network of partner institutions, contributing to student recruitment and the long-term development of strategic partnerships. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new partner schools in the Campinas region and surrounding areas; * Develop and maintain relationships with school principals, coordinators, and institutional stakeholders; * Identify partnership opportunities supporting students' continued academic journeys; * Plan and conduct institutional visits, meetings, and events; * Formulate strategies to strengthen partnerships; * Monitor performance indicators and student recruitment metrics; * Record visits and negotiations in the CRM system; * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive teams; * Represent Grupo Oficina do Estudante institutionally at events and meetings; * Map new opportunities for expanding the partner network. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in institutional relationship management, consultative customer service, or sales; * Availability for external visits; * Driver's license (Category B) is a plus.
