We uphold consistent values, strategic pillars, and a clear commitment that drive our growth and promising future. **Responsibilities:** Responding to service requests via ServiceNow or in person; Diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, software, and hardware; Providing support for Office suite applications, corporate email, printers, networks, and access systems; Installing and configuring operating systems and applications; Creating and maintaining user accounts in internal systems (Active Directory, email, etc.); Escalating service requests to higher support levels when necessary; Recording and documenting all support activities; Assisting with IT inventory maintenance and asset management. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, etc.); Basic knowledge of Windows (and/or Linux) operating systems; Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.); Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
