Align candidate profiles with managers, understand requirements, and establish sourcing strategies. Support job posting dissemination across major platforms, social media, and recruitment channels. Perform resume screening, conduct interviews, administer tests and case studies, and record information in internal systems. Assist in defining the most suitable profiles for positions and suggest improvements, innovations, and technologies aimed at optimizing recruitment and selection processes. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree completed.
