It develops products and services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing enterprise efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, networks, and printers). Attend to and interact with clinical departments (physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams). Gather requirements and write user stories (PBIs). Manage and monitor the equipment park (inventory, replacements, and upgrades). Conduct periodic visits to facilities. Previous experience as an Information Technology Consultant, Information Systems Analyst, Business Analysis Specialist, or IT Solutions Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
