Master and operate all kitchen stations (cold, hot, desserts, oven, and griddle). Ensure compliance with ANVISA hygiene and sanitation regulations. Follow technical sheets and dish quality standards. Maintain kitchen hygiene, organization, and general cleanliness. Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. Manage mise-en-place and reduce waste. Operate kitchen equipment safely.
