The Strategic Studies – Cards area is responsible for developing studies, analyses, and segmentation models aimed at guiding business strategy and supporting decision-making. We cover the entire product lifecycle—from pre-sales, sales, activation, engagement, profitability, reactivation, and cancellation—across all portfolios: Individual Credit (PF), Corporate Credit (PJ), Debit, and Bradescard, integrating card data with other internal Bradesco databases and external sources. Work model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III, you will join the Cards – Strategic Studies management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Conduct necessary alignment sessions to understand and study product dynamics; * Analyze and interpret complex data, identifying patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making; * Analyze product, customer, and segment profitability and performance, investigating scenario variations and recommending opportunities for credit card customer activation, unlocking, and engagement; * Develop usage and purchase preference segmentation models for customers to direct profitability initiatives; * Prepare presentations clearly and concisely communicating results, and disseminating findings across relevant internal areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Exact Sciences, Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of banking/fintech products and services, especially in cards or payment methods; * Proficiency in Data Science and Analytics; * Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, and Databricks.
