End-to-End Data Lifecycle Management and MLOps **[Data] Data Science & AI** =================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Remote Job Description Develop and deploy LLM workflows for the Protheus ERP ecosystem, transforming complex data into scalable business solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * AI Development: Design and implement LLM (Large Language Models) workflows integrated with the Protheus ERP ecosystem; * Intelligent Agent Creation: Develop agents using advanced frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain; * Natural Language Processing (NLP): Apply NLP technologies using Hugging Face and embedding techniques to process complex data; * Data Lifecycle Management: Manage all project stages—from data collection and preparation through to actual model deployment in production; * Machine Learning Operations (MLOps): Use tools like Docker and CI/CD practices to ensure solution scalability and maintainability; * Governance and Technical Quality: Ensure technical quality and statistical governance of all deployed models; * Business Solutions: Transform complex data into scalable business solutions that add value to the company’s ecosystem; * Technical Analysis: Apply solid knowledge in Statistics, Mathematics, and Predictive Modeling to solve real-world problems; * Software Engineering: Apply best development practices, including Clean Code and code versioning via Git; Requirements and Qualifications * Strong foundation in Statistics/Mathematics, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling; * Experience developing intelligent agents (LangGraph / LangChain); * Proficiency in NLP (Hugging Face / Embeddings), MLOps tools (Docker / CI/CD); * Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas / BeautifulSoup / NLTK); * Hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle: from collection/preparation to model deployment in * production; Desirable Requirements * Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery); * Experience in tax-related projects; * Knowledge of Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series, Neural Networks; * Ensuring technical quality and statistical governance of deployed models; * Software engineering best practices: Clean Code, Code Versioning (Git).
