We are responsible for developing, structuring, and driving the strategy for creating and managing cash management products and services, as well as coordinating the planning and execution of initiatives targeting the broader payments market—all with the purpose of delivering value to Bradesco customers. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Intelligence II professional, you will work within the Analytics Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Developing Power BI dashboards with high technical rigor and a focus on decision-making, ensuring clear visibility into the performance of cluster initiatives. * Preparing, transforming, and optimizing data sets in partnership with Engineering using Databricks, ensuring efficient structuring for analytical consumption in Power BI. * Supporting the Engineering team in defining tags and events, ensuring accurate tracking of customer journeys and high-quality data for analysis. * Monitoring implementations of new initiatives, tracking results, identifying deviations, producing executive summaries, and presenting insights to the cluster. * Conducting in-depth analyses, applying logical and analytical reasoning to generate relevant findings and guide strategic decisions. * Working collaboratively to standardize practices, advance the BI discipline, and ensure consistency in cluster deliverables. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, building decision-oriented dashboards, and applying best practices in data visualization. * Intermediate knowledge of SQL and PySpark, with strong logical reasoning skills for data manipulation, structuring, and preparation. * Practical experience with Databricks, working on analytical pipelines, data processing, and integration. * Proficiency in analytical storytelling—capable of explaining hypotheses, methodologies, technical choices, results, and business impacts to Product and Business areas. * Strategic vision for products and business, translating analyses into actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing initiatives.
