Main Responsibilities * Execute the entire internal sales process via telephone and email, according to the assigned customer portfolio; * Proactively identify new opportunities within the customer database; * Conduct consultative sales aligned with the company's strategies; * Manage the active customer portfolio; * Update customer records, opportunities, and sales funnel stages in the CRM; * Prepare and send commercial proposals; * Ensure achievement of strategic goals and KPIs; * Manage commercial information using CRM and ERP systems. Requirements * Prior experience in inside sales; * Experience in consultative sales; * Experience with electrical materials (a significant advantage); * Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Residency in Campinas or surrounding areas; * Immediate availability.
