Job Summary: The professional will operate devices, assemble and measure parts, monitor productivity, ensure quality, and maintain sector organization. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor productivity and ensure quality Operate devices following internal standards and procedures; Manually assemble parts; Measure parts after assembly; Monitor process productivity by completing production and quality control forms; Ensure part quality by inspecting produced parts using measuring instruments and internal devices; Operate hydraulic carts or pallet jacks according to internal procedures; Maintain tools and equipment used; Complete production records and relevant documentation; Maintain machine and sector organization and cleanliness to ensure smooth process operation and workplace safety for all involved. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school (Secondary education completed) Reside in Campo Limpo Paulista, Várzea Paulista, or nearby cities. Must be over 18 years of age **SALARY PROGRESSION:** SALARY PROGRESSION: INITIAL SALARY R$ 1\.995,00 R$ 2\.195,00 AFTER COMPLETING 2 MONTHS IF HIRED R$ 2\.345,00 AFTER COMPLETING 4 MONTHS R$ 2\.506,00 AFTER COMPLETING 8 MONTHS R$ 2\.282,00 AFTER COMPLETING 1 YEAR.
