Initial assembly following apartment color coding and numbering; corner separation and two panels installation; application of form release agent; insertion of pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; subsequent assembly proceeding strictly according to numbering until all walls are enclosed. Installation of EQLS (radii and pinning) to initiate ceiling assembly; placement of ceiling panels (FL) per project modular layout while simultaneously installing shoring supports; transfer of wall-mounted faquetas to proceed with external wall assembly; installation of sleeves followed by facade assembly initiation; completed facade installation including cycle panels (CPCD) and small posts for peripheral assembly; application of form release agent on slab.
