




Job Summary: Responsible for guiding, assisting, and training employees on the SHEQ policy, managing risks, trainings, and audits to ensure compliance. Key Highlights: 1. SHEQ orientation and training 2. Risk management and quantification 3. Development of procedures and audits 1. Responsible for guiding employees and third parties on compliance with the Policy; 2\. Assist in the annual review of the SHEQ Policy; 3\. Assist employees in identifying risks associated with their activities, locations, and equipment, as well as quantifying them and generating countermeasures to eliminate, reduce, or control them; 4\. Communicate and train employees on risks related to their area; 5\. Maintain the SHE management program under their responsibility; 6\. Contribute to identifying SHE priorities for developing the site’s work plan; 7\. Jointly responsible for defining, documenting, and communicating SHE roles and responsibilities and exercising those duties. Define the need for human and financial resources (e.g., staff, consultants, time, services, etc.) for SHE; 8\. Participate in identifying training needs (based on individual needs, functional requirements, and legal obligations) and contribute to developing an effective training plan; 9\. Ensure training delivery and record-keeping for activities under their responsibility; 10\. Ensure integration of new employees and service providers under their responsibility; 11\. Jointly responsible for SHE communications at the factory in accordance with standards and procedures for all employees (DDSHE, lessons learned, incidents, new legislation, etc.); 12\. Develop procedures and controls/records (checklists, ARTs, etc.) based on risk analyses for their area; 13\. Conduct audits of fixed service providers to ensure compliance with the PGT (Third-Party Management Program); 14\. Ensure Emergency Action Plans are established to eliminate probable consequences associated with each emergency situation; 15\. Comply with and enforce the system for reporting accidents, incidents, occupational illnesses, and deviations; 16\. Jointly responsible for maintaining records associated with FWS; 17\. Jointly responsible for FWS SHE management system audits; 18\. Jointly responsible for ensuring SHE-specific standards are reviewed annually (PAR); 19\. Define and monitor action plans related to recommendations identified during audits of their area of responsibility.
