Opportunity for professional growth in an innovative environment We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Senior Planning and Coverage Maintenance Analyst at Anjun Express Logistica e Transportes. **Key Responsibilities:** * The Planning and Coverage Maintenance Analyst is responsible for supporting the structuring and execution of logistics network planning models, ensuring alignment between contracted suppliers and the geographic coverage of the network. * Focus lies on continuous process improvement, achievement of operational targets, and consistency of information used for strategic decision-making. * Support the development of logistics planning models, with emphasis on network optimization, performance enhancement, and reduction of operational costs. * Develop and maintain standardized control processes for supplier onboarding, updating, and removal within internal systems. * Validate and monitor supplier contracts, ensuring that contracted coverage areas are accurately mapped and aligned with the company’s logistics network. * Regularly audit the coverage database to identify and correct inconsistencies, and propose strategic adjustments based on performance and demand analysis. * Maintain the primary coverage and pricing matrix up to date, ensuring all network changes, new supplier engagements, or deactivations are correctly reflected across related departments. * Serve as the liaison among planning, commercial, legal, and operations teams to ensure contractual and coverage changes occur accurately and within defined workflows. * Prepare managerial reports and monitoring dashboards, including coverage, network performance, and efficiency metrics. **Prerequisites:** * General knowledge of multimodal logistics processes, ranging from distribution center operations to door-to-door delivery networks * Experience in logistics and transportation, preferably in e-commerce * Degree in Logistics, Technology, Engineering, or related fields * Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of database analysis (BI development) and programming (Python preferred) * Familiarity with process and quality management tools (BPM, Six Sigma, ISO, etc.) * Knowledge of project management and product development tools Anjun Express Logistica e Transportes offers a challenging and innovative work environment where you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the company’s success.
