Conduct HR data and metrics analysis to support leadership decision-making. Contribute to the development, review, and updating of the company’s organizational structure. Support job evaluation and compensation studies, assisting in aligning salary ranges. Develop dashboards and managerial reports to monitor HR outcomes. Ensure orderly HR processes by maintaining well-structured routines and records. Previous experience as an HR Analyst, HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Coordinator, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
