We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Ensure maintenance of green areas and provide general operational support within the unit, contributing to an organized, safe, and functional environment. **Main Responsibilities** **Gardening and Outdoor Areas:** * Perform mowing, grass cutting, and pruning of trees and shrubs; * Carry out cleaning and conservation of outdoor areas (courtyards, parking lots, and surrounding areas); * Remove and properly dispose of green waste; * Support pest prevention efforts (e.g., scorpions) by maintaining a clean and controlled environment; * Operate equipment such as brush cutters, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers. **General Helper (Operational Support):** * Assist in cleaning and organizing indoor and outdoor areas; * Support minor repairs and basic maintenance; * Help organize materials, tools, and operational spaces; * Assist in material handling when required; * Maintain facilities and equipment. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in gardening, cleaning, or general services (preferred); * Availability for operational and outdoor tasks; * Commitment to safety and organization. **Advantages** * Experience in industrial environments; * Familiarity with gardening equipment; * Basic maintenance knowledge. **Expected Competencies** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Discipline in following routines. **Additional Information:** * + Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM * + Remuneration: Base salary R$ 1962,73 \+ R$ 588,82 (Total R$ 2\.551,55 ) * + Benefits: Meal allowance R$ 814,73, on-site cafeteria, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, gas voucher, Profit Sharing Program (PLR) equal to 180% of the base salary \+ R$ 500, among others ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** focus, multitasking, teamwork, organization ### **Benefits:** Medical and Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, On-site Cafeteria, Meal Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit Plan, Childcare Assistance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Transportation Voucher, Gas Voucher, Additional Vacation Bonus based on tenure, Benefits Club, Funeral Assistance, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Administrative
