Job Summary: The Monitoring Operator is responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, controlling access, and conducting security tests, with emphasis on proactivity and strong communication skills. Company provides training Monitoring Operator position Work schedule (12X36 shift) Night shift availability required Monitor the CCTV system remotely via software and conduct virtual patrols using cameras Control personnel access to areas classified by the company Remotely perform routine tests of alarms, sirens, panic buttons, and provide general, agile, and effective customer service. Prior experience in this field is a plus Proactive profile, strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, and dynamic attitude. No prior experience required. Company provides training.
