Here, we are **Smarters** dedicated to transforming the Brazilian logistics sector. **What will be your responsibilities here?** * Conduct **competency-based interviews** to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills. * Plan and apply **group dynamics** to evaluate cultural and behavioral fit. * Perform **talent hunting**, seeking candidates for strategic positions. * Establish **partnerships with platforms, universities, and events** to attract candidates from diverse sources. * Monitor and analyze **recruitment metrics**, such as time-to-hire, sourcing channels, retention rates, among others. * Conduct **onboarding** of new employees, ensuring effective and welcoming integration into the company's culture and processes. * Support the **training area**, identifying development needs and organizing internal training sessions. * Ensure a **positive candidate experience** throughout the entire selection process. * Collaborate with leadership teams to map hiring needs and design talent attraction strategies. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Administration. * Minimum of 2 years of experience with **competency-based interviews**, **group dynamics**, and application of **behavioral assessments**. * Experience in **talent hunting** and **partnership management** for candidate attraction. * Knowledge in using **recruitment and selection metrics**. * Experience with **onboarding new employees** and **training support**. * Strong communication skills and empathy to understand the needs of candidates and leaders. * Ability to work with goals and deadlines. * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork spirit. **We offer:** Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub; Birthday day off; Longevity bonus; Childcare assistance for mothers with children up to 12 months old.
