Maintenance Leader (Aerial Platforms)

Description

Job Summary: Professional to lead aerial platform maintenance activities, including technical team management, failure diagnosis, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Continuous improvement of maintenance processes Key Responsibilities: * Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the aerial platform fleet; * Lead the maintenance technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring service execution; * Perform failure diagnostics and provide technical support to the team for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures; * Ensure equipment availability and reliability for rental purposes; * Monitor maintenance metrics, such as fleet availability, mean time to repair, and failure recurrence; * Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes, standardization of procedures, and organization of operational routines; * Support field equipment failure analysis when required. Desired Technical Knowledge: * Proven experience in aerial platform maintenance (articulated, telescopic, and electric/diesel scissor lifts); * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems applied to such equipment; * Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics; * Experience in failure diagnosis and technical support to maintenance teams. Experience and Education: * Prior experience in aerial platform maintenance or yellow-line equipment; * Experience leading a maintenance team; * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM\.
