We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for activities related to people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, among others. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes, with primary focus on the RS pipeline. * Responsible for onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive experience from day one. * Organize HR documents, maintaining order and compliance. * Coordinate the distribution and organization of uniforms. * Conduct budget quotations with suppliers to optimize resources. * Provide support for Endomarketing initiatives to strengthen internal engagement. * Assist employees by clarifying questions and providing support on HR-related matters. **Requirements:** * Experience in the Human Resources field * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely * Organization and proactivity
