Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage people, recruitment, selection, training and development, ensuring a positive experience for employees. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Recruitment and Selection and onboarding of new employees. 2. Support in Endomarketing and employee assistance. 3. Organization and proactivity in HR management. We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for activities related to people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, among others. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes, with primary focus on the RS pipeline. * Responsible for onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive experience from day one. * Organize HR documents, maintaining order and compliance. * Coordinate the distribution and organization of uniforms. * Conduct budget quotations with suppliers to optimize resources. * Provide support for Endomarketing initiatives to strengthen internal engagement. * Assist employees by clarifying questions and providing support on HR-related matters. **Requirements:** * Experience in the Human Resources field * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely * Organization and proactivity
