Job Summary: The Senior Financial Controller Analyst will be responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing economic and financial results, preparing reports and managing the budget. Experience with advanced Excel and ERP systems is highly valued. **Senior Financial Controller Analyst** will primarily focus on corporate planning, control and analysis of economic\-financial results, preparing managerial reports to support decision-making, budget management (forecasted vs. actual control), and strategic control of procurement and inventory. A completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting) is desired, along with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Budget Management:** Develop and monitor the annual budget and revisions, tracking expenses by cost center. * **Managerial Reporting:** Prepare financial statements and performance reports (financial KPIs) for executive leadership. * **Variance Analysis:** Identify causes of deviations between budgeted and actual results (Actual vs. Budgeted). * **Cash Flow Management:** Consolidate and manage cash flow. * **Procurement and Inventory:** Support procurement operations and maintain strategic inventory levels. * **Internal Controls:** Standardize financial processes and ensure compliance with internal policies. **Technical and Behavioral Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. * **Experience:** Mid-level experience (typically 2\-5 years) with autonomy in controller functions. * **Tools:** Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros) and ERP systems. * **Skills:** Analytical mindset, **detail-oriented, proactive,** organized, and effective communicator capable of articulating results. * **Differentiators:** Prior experience and involvement in procurement functions.
