Ribeirão Preto Brazil Sales, Customer Service & Origination **Job Description – External Recruitment** **Responsibilities:*** Process automation; * Create, publish, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on visual clarity and performance; * Implement and document ETL/ELT processes, ensuring integrity in system integration; * Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions; * Monitor database environment health and propose performance improvements; * Support data governance, catalogs, lineage, and data quality best practices. **Skills:*** Solid experience with Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server (minimum 3 years); * Advanced SQL proficiency (PL/SQL and T-SQL), including query optimization and relational modeling; * Power BI expertise: report creation, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query; * Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes. * Strategic mindset and results orientation; * Ability to identify improvement opportunities; **Preferred Qualifications:*** Oracle (OCA/OCP) or Microsoft (DP-900, PL-300, DP-300) certifications; * Experience with Python or R for data analysis and processing; * Databrinks; * JDE; * Intermediate English proficiency. **#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
